Terms of Service
Last updated: August 2026
Acceptance
By using this website, submitting an enquiry, or engaging Epica Holdings LLC or any of its divisions (Epica Pristine, Epica Paws, Epica Organized, Epica Flow), you agree to these terms.
Services and scope
Services are provided as described in the written scope, proposal or estimate agreed between us. Work outside that scope is quoted separately and requires written approval before it is performed.
Estimates are based on the information supplied and on the site conditions observed at walkthrough. Material changes in condition, access or timeline may change the price or schedule.
Scheduling, access and cancellation
You agree to provide safe and timely access to the property, including parking, utilities and any required building approvals.
Cancellations or reschedules requested less than 48 hours before a scheduled start may incur a fee to cover committed crew time.
Payment
Invoices are payable on the terms stated in the proposal. A deposit may be required to reserve crew dates. Late balances may accrue interest at the maximum rate permitted by law.
Client property and liability
We carry general liability insurance; a certificate is available on request. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, defects, or items that are inherently fragile and disclosed as such.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any engagement is limited to the amount paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
Confidentiality
We treat all client information, property details and observations as confidential. Photographic documentation is delivered to you and is not published without written permission.
Website content
All content on this website is owned by Epica Holdings and may not be reproduced without permission. Site content is provided for information only and does not constitute a binding offer.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
