Be the calm point of contact for clients during the job
Sign off each room with photos before the team leaves

Personal Assistant

Full-time

Work alongside the founder and keep each day running smoothly.

Diary, travel and appointment management
Errands, gifting and personal requests handled with care
Organised, warm and one step ahead
Complete discretion at all times

Client & Operations Coordinator

Full-time or part-time

The first voice our clients hear, and the person who keeps bookings on track.

Reply to new enquiries the same business day
Book walkthroughs, crews and suppliers
Prepare quotes and send visit reports
Keep records and invoices tidy

Service Team Member

Full-time · Part-time · Seasonal

Join our Pristine, Organized, Flow, Paws and Holiday Decor teams.

Punctual, tidy and proud of a finished room
Quiet and respectful in private homes
Careful with fine finishes and valuable items
Training provided, pay above average
